Why is Roger not BG

ah i forgot about the SG change, to me GA will always be the big bossGA's Job isn't overall leading, they run fleet and are equal to the SG to which the SG has far more actual power over most of the player base. (In all fairness though they should make Toe GA already)
Well to put it bluntly the feedback we had was that CO's weren't exactly impressed with Rabies's handling of rogers promotion from CO straight to ABG (skipping MCO) to then in a very short space of time going straight to BG without the proper deployments, also adding that the other ABG's have had more time and more deployments etc.
May I remind some of you that the last time this happened and a certain 2 people got fast promoted - all hell broke loose. Now suddenly it's a non-issue? See my confusion here?
Generals ranks throughout the years have never really been easy to get, a lot of people both past and present have had to commit more time, and be a lot more consistent before being considered for a promotion up to a Gens spot as they are limited.
We simply wanted to make sure that since Rabies is no longer SG. Can Roger handle the pressure of taking over the entire time as a BG. Giving our experience we thought it wouldn't be the right time as of yet, so a demotion was needed and further time as an ABG. This sudden change won't last for long. I have promised Roger that this will be evaluated again in a short space of time, as opposed to waiting months on end.
Last point I'd make on this is that respectfully, but some of you as CO's / higherups who vote in magna carta's need to be very careful what you're putting in there as part of your reasons, because it's those exact reasons why certain decisions were made in the first place as well as outside opinions too.

Well logically speaking the whole reason why MCO was introduced was that it was the perfect gateway rank to become an ABG. It's MJR+ atm, in the event that the CO/XO just isn't worthy but perhaps someone lower than them are, it's never happened before but the opportunity is there.
tell that to the last like 3 years of people getting MCO out of pitty and not getting ABG because of it lol
