Hello all players of MVG, there has been a lot of yapping about HP stats, equipment and such recently more than usual especially with the Jedi changes and so on. I have personally had some thoughts on the but nothing that needs to be acted on. Considering the server isnt just about balancing being a Roleplay server first before PVP/PVE which some seem to act like it is I would also like to hear about things that make it less fun for the players not just what is too good or too bad from a PVP/PVE perspective.

TLDR;

What do we think needs changing on the server to make it more fun?
Events?
Jobs and Stats?
RP?

TC is so slow its faster to run to brig and straight to our BS across the map then its to leave bunks straight to our BS in TC suits
that's cuz youre not supposed to walk around with them on!!

They currently have a weapon charge up and by the time its started spinning the EE's have killed nearly all TC. B2 heavy 2 shots TC and we have knockback atm meaning if there's 5 droids, we cant move forward -.-

Conclusion: Nerf EE

If this is your issue I would suggest you think about sacrificing some of the damage reduction for movement speed but I see them more useful with the damage reduction. That's just my opinion though :)

isnt the wind up a bug?
 
I don't this post was about nerfing EEs. More like talking about some issues equipment wise vs other regiments

then RIP womp womp, id recommend looking into getting the wind up removed instead of getting extra speed. feels like the speed doesnt improve your situation with EEs and icl, doesnt make sense for a big ass metal plated man to be going mach 1 on the frontlines. exaggeration yes but you get the idea. theyre slow for a reason, if youre gonna complain about the wind up try to fix that before "fixing" the speed

Personally I think that B2's and droidekas damage reduction feel like shit to go up against I know why they exist but as a reg that dose not a lot of damage when one is thrown in your face it just feels terrible as you can do nothing as their guns do a billion damage and they have a billion hp with a damage reduction turning your low damage into nothing.
 
There is an ongoing EE rework going on by Admins, I have seen it and it does look good but still currently being worked on so atleast you got that to look forward to.
