Clone Wars Magna Carta
High Ranking Members, Conduct and rules

Grand Admiral, Supreme General, Grand Master

A new rule of 3 months terms of service vote with be implemented (IC).
This means the highest ranks in all things cannot be held for more than 3 months without a vote on his/her position, this will keep things fresh and allow the players to get more out of the servers. (Commanders are now exempt from this but will now be peer-reviewed by both own regiment and Generals - a VONC can be requested if majority of reg requests it for the CO)

Grand Admiral
Commander / Grand Master / Naval Sub Lieutenant + / Assistant General + to Vote

If demoted, the Grand Admiral / Admiral will be set to the rank of Naval Commander.
Every 3 months there will be a vote on the Grand Admiral. This will be done in a CO meeting with CO+ present. Votes will take place on a Google Form given out in the meeting and the result announced shortly afterwards. In the absence of a Commander, the next highest rank of a regiment attending the meeting may vote on their behalf. Before the meeting, all fleet ranks will be allowed to vote on their Grand Admiral via the same form. The vote will consist of how well the GA has done within a 3 month period based on everything IC. (I.e activity, managing Fleet and IC matters)

Supreme General
Commander / Rear Admiral + / Assistant General + to Vote

Note: ABG's & BG's are excluded from this vote. (exceptions on Assistant General vote can be made if person is not productive)
If demoted, the highest rank a Supreme General may join a regiment as is Major (MJR). However, they may receive any rank below this to the Commander of the regiment's discretion.

Every 3 months there will be a vote on the current Supreme General. This will be done in a CO meeting with Commander + present, votes will take place on a google form given out in the meeting to the respective ranks and announced shortly afterwards. In the absence of a Commander, the next highest rank of a regiment attending the meeting may vote on their behalf. If a regiment does not have a Commander, the highest rank in the regiment will vote (e.g. 501st MJR is the highest rank, he will vote for the 501st). The vote will consist of how well the SG & BG's have done within a 3 month period based off everything IC. (i.e activity, managing regiments and IC matters overall)

Grand Master Yoda
Jedi Specialist + / Grand Admiral to Vote

If demoted, the Grand Master / Master will be set to the rank of Master Specialist.
Every 3 months there will be a vote on the current Grand Master Yoda. Votes will take place on a google form given out to voters prior to the CO meeting. The result will be announced in a CO meeting and to the Jedi separately. The vote will consist of how well the Grand Master has done within a 3 month period based off everything IC. (i.e activity, managing the Jedi order and IC matters overall)

Obviously exceptions WILL be made but as of now this is the plan.

Additional Voting Restrictions

You must be a CO longer than 2 weeks to be eligible to vote on the GA,Supreme General - If you do NOT meet this requirement, then you are NOT allowed to vote.
- If a regiment does not have a CO in it, then the XO will have the right to vote again must be XO longer than 2 weeks minimum to vote)
- Naval rank increased to vote on GA - Sub Lieutenant+ in naval are ONLY allowed to vote on the GA.

In-Character Restrictions
Generals will take a more active role in making sure commanders stay active and will train Commanders WITHOUT taking over the regiment, this will mean 1 to 1 training session in leading and disciplining regiments
Generals when taking over a regiment will not just (get the numbers up) they will train the XO to be the next commander and make sure he is active if said XO is a lost cause they will then SWAP XO and MJR and do this process till someone competent is found.

If there is no GA,SG,Yoda in place - the next rank in line falls to the magna carta vote. ARC Commander & Medical Director are EXCLUDED from voting in magna carta's.

Out Of Character Restrictions

All high ranking members of the command teams on all servers will be exempt from the AFK rules unless you are AFK for more than 15 minutes. Head Admin + are exempt from AFK rules and should not be kicked.
Commanding
Being proactive
Using you're time wisely
Going AFK as a commanding faction will further lead to confusion within both Commanding faction and troops to who is actually there.

All Ranks Grand Admiral or equivalents vote of no confidence will happen in an Out of Character environment in an anonymous vote held by the senior management of the server. This guarantees impartiality due to the new rules being implemented below.

The Owner will never hold a position of power (IC) within the servers. Unless it's a new server and then when someone comes forward who has the skills needed I will hand over (Unless an emergency is deemed by the player base which a forum post will be made and commented on by said player base) the Owner & Senior Management are responsible for taking up the role of RSB to get involved if there's any IC problems with High Command.

Head Admin+ cannot obtain either Grand Admiral, Supreme General or Grand Master Yoda without first stepping down in staff or vice versa. The only exception to this rule is if the role is obtained on a temporary basis, with the permission of Senior Management.

If a Commander / Naval / General / Jedi General/Yoda have a weekly inactivity post. IE:
Week 1, the dog died
Week 2, Nana died
Week 3, Aliens landed
Week 4, stuck in a lift for a week

This person is:
A - Really unlucky
B - Bored and taking the piss and the position;
and their ranks will need to be looked at by higher-ups with the potential of them being removed.
