They are good at what they do but as Jack said we need more people involved maybe advertise it more so that more people can see info about it

TBH DSGT isn't particularly interesting to most. There's no progression beyond SDSGT, which means practically nothing to most. Your job is to "lead CTs", most of whom don't want to be lead, you just end up talking to yourself. There's little to no reward. I think the only way to make DSGT interesting is to bring back CT ranks and make DSGT a spec of CTs. At the same time I'm sure we don't more regiments. Idk I'm just spitballing ideas
