Medical Speeder to all medical jobs

Suggestion: Give ability to request and use medical speeder to all Medical Jobs
Reason: Medic rank of Senior Medic has a qual for medical speeder and is able to use it. They even are able to ask perms to use it just cant request it through droid so they need to ask staff to spawn one.
This of course would mean that only SM with medical speeder qual done can use and request it if TM-JM would request it through droid they would be automaticly denied i talked to GC CO Water he doesnt have any problem with it as the SM have it as qual so they should be able to use it.

Aren't Medics the lowest on speeder priority would want to know what the priority is. Seems odd for all medics to have access to it and it should be treated for MO's to be prioritised on it if anything.

Its not about priority im fine with how it is. Its mainly that rank of SM has qual and already can ask perms to use speeder they just can request it through droid. For priority in terms of medics we dont really have any who ask and wish to use it and is lucky to get one has it.

The generals feel like this change isn't warranted since Medical Speeders should ONLY be used to during medical emergencies.​
