Suggestion: Allow SGT-SGM Alpha ARC's host Spec-Ops.
Reason: It would technically go under ARC trainings and is generally a thing that they will be trained into and later execute their own plans. This is pretty much a follow up as ARC intends to host more Spec-Ops overall and believe this would be a great addition + would work great when the Spec-Ops server comes out.
