I agree with this completely, If a Sith had an admiral hostage for example then it should be fleet handling it. This is just common sense and a no-brainer. But I agree a Jedi should be assisting in it for the RP aspect of making sure there isn't a third party altering the decisions. +1

Tbf ATTE's aren't used that often. I gave 212th 5 ATTE's to use in an event the other day and even with 5 of them they struggled to keep up. Staff can increase the difficulty and make the event fun even having numerous ATTE's with slightly increased speed . +1

I don't see the point in changing it, no one recently has been abusing the clearance levels in Jedi and if they did I'm sure they will have some good punishment for it.
