Locked RC Sniper damage dropoff
Short Description of Bug: RC Sniper modules (Fi and Sevs) have damage dropoff when they're not meant to.
How to Replicate: Switch to rcfi and equip his sniper mod, same for sev

// Report Closed - Hi, as damage dropoff has been a feature though many RC reworks and a full weapons rework I cannot treat this as a bug. If you would like damage dropoff to be removed/tweaked you are going to have to create an OOC suggesion, this applies to this issues and any further damage dropoff ones.
