Add Conquest Addon To The Spec Ops Server

Suggestion:
Add the conquest capture points addon to the spec ops server.
Reason for Suggestion:
The conquest addon never really worked in the main server due to amount of people in the server during that event. However, in the spec ops server I feel this could be much more useful as it could actually work with a smaller player count.
