Suggestion: Add RC back to blackops
Reason: we was removed due to SDW being blackops but RC have always been able to tag along to them or set them up ourself, SDW are able to Tag along to Spec ops once a blue moon when they happen so we would just like RC to be able to tag along again like we was able to before.

Dont mind RC tagging along for our stuff, but for RP wise anything secretive will be left for Shadow to deal with, if gens wanna chat with us sometime can most likely work something out

Same way how SDW work with RC, We sometimes tag along not always so we will let you do all the main stuff there and just support
