About me: Well there isn't much about me that people don't really know already from the last application I put in but might aswell say it again, I have been playing MVG now for around 3 years which isn't that long compared to others, I have come and gone 3 times and have gotten CO once. Outside of MVG I am a programmer and learning to become a computer scientist with my recent project for my course being a algorithm for a server, wont go into much detail about it but its basically just RAID in a server, my hobby is programming with having learnt a handful of languages such as C++, Java, LUA, Arduino and of course python! I also have made a spreadsheet script for the 501st that automates the process of event logging :O
Why do you want to become a staff member?: I want to be staff because I'm getting sick of the current staff members, nothing wrong with how they do things because at the end of the day its meant to be fun but when you have to wait for so long for stuff to happen it gets annoying even with all the staff currently active, events have been meh at best with only a couple events that actually made me get interested and want to play, majority of these events have me grinding my teeth because of how low effort they are or how repetitive they are following the same run back and forth movement. Claims aswell have been slow but at least getting done, however I feel they shouldn't take as long as they should. Since my return I have gotten more active with only the last week being a poor one given I was on a ROA but apart from that I have the attitude to be a good staff member, with my past experience I would fit into the team very easily.
I have been past event team which is ancient now but it still gave me good learning skills on how to make good events, my record would show my events was good with majority of the votes being +1's and being given credit and good feedback from senior staff and the community for it. From event team I Segway'd into the staff team quickly given me the rank of T-Mod as my previous skills in events landed me a easy go. This just proves how dedicated and how able I am to learn how staff do things.
This is a serious application, I understand my last one was denied but after speaking with staff and getting myself sorted I hope you consider this and not just slap a -1 on it, consider me, thank you.
TL;DR - I want to do claims, I can do events because of past experiences and have the motivation to do them. This is serious so please consider this application and not just deny it, I have spoken to staff and have attempted to sort myself out for this.
