This is for IC reports only, and are for any ranking from PVT - MCO (Trooper Ranks Only)
Since is this IC, all evidence must be acquired through IC and In RP - IE no OOC screeshots/LOOC, no Medal Clips of you in spectate mode, no console clips etc etc, can't record someone if your dead, etc etc.
This will be the standard when reporting individuals to the Generals Team from now on.
