The Coruscant Guard

The Coruscant Guard was a corps of elite clone shock troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic organized to serve as a military police force and protect the Galactic Republic capital planet of Coruscant. The Coruscant Guard served under the leadership of Clone Commander CC-1010 "Fox," The Coruscant Guard performed various duties in their service to the Republic, such as patrolling the galactic capital as riot control troopers to assist the Coruscant Security Force, conducting hostage rescue operations, and serving as guards at the Republic Judiciary Central Detention Center. They gradually supplanted the Senate Guard by accompanying Jedi, senators, and other diplomats on offworld assignments. As the galaxy-wide conflict with the Separatist Alliance progressed, the Coruscant Guard served as bodyguards for Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine, a status they shared with the Chancellor's Red Guard.

Standard issue carbine. Comes equipped with a stun attachment, up to 10 seconds.
DP-23 Shotgun
Standard issue shotgun for Sergeants and above, good for very close combat.
DC-17
Standard issue pistol. Comes equipped with a stun attachment, up to 5 seconds.
Deployable Shield
CG's shield is used as mobile protection and can be deployed to create a barricade.
Cuffs
CG's binders are used to capture criminals.
Officer Cuffs
Cuffs restricted to 2nd LT+. Comes with the ability to gag prisoners.
Stunstick
Standard issue stun baton, used to establish order where there is none. Can be used creatively in interrogations.
Security Officers' Equipment
Vanguard Shotgun
Security Officer's special shotgun used for close-quarters-combat. Very strong.
Rope Leash
Used to control and maintain the Security Officer Massifs.
CG Electrostaff
Used defensively against melee units to protect VIPs.

Specialist Units
Security Officers
Security Officers (SO for short) are trained in CQC and protection strategies, with the main focus on defending Fleet in any situation they may find themselves in. SO members will utilise the electrostaff and use the advantage of their armor which makes them more stronger than the usual CG member. Security Officers are also trained in massif handling can have one by their side.
