Hello,

I have read your comment and simply cannot agree! Jere was simply one of the worst RPS users and TX-130 drivers in the regiments history!

So I would have to declare in my expertise that it is indeed Jere number 1 worst!

Thanks,
1st 212th Attack Battalion Marshall Commander, ex ABG, Ex Jedi General and Current Yoda - Loz

Hello Loz,

I have revieved your message and can simply say that I do not agree with this decision. I have witnessed a lot of other members of the 212th Attack Battalion that have been a lot worse while using the RPS-6 rocket launcher and while operating the TX-130 Hover Tank!

For instance we had multiple situtations where 212th Attack Batalion members Loz, Dova and Ridano who in multiple occasions used their rocket launcher (RPS-6) and injured multiple troopers of the Venator "Titan". This is unacceptable! I also remember this one situation back in the days where my Commander CC-7241 "Loz" drove a tank out of the moonpool while showing us how to operate the Hover Tank. This already proves that I, 212th Attack Battalion Captain Jere, Am not indeed "number 1 worst!" member of the 212th Attack Battalion.

I hope you reconcider this decision and be free to contact me again if you have any more questions.

Thank you for your time!

Sincerely,

Ex 212th Attack Battalion Captain, Green Company Second Lieutenant, Rear Admiral x 3, Shock Captain, Jedi Master Specialist, Admiral, Combat Engineer Chief and current Networks Engineer Jere

Hello Ex 212th Attack Battalion Captain, Green Company Second Lieutenant, Rear Admiral x 3, Shock Captain, Jedi Master Specialist, Admiral, Combat Engineer Chief and current Networks Engineer Jere,

I appreciate your prompt response and the detailed account of your concerns regarding the decision. I value open communication and understand your perspective. However, I would like to address a few points to provide clarity on the decision-making process.

Firstly, it's important to note that each case is evaluated individually, and the decision is based on a combination of factors, including adherence to protocol, teamwork, and overall conduct. While your mention of specific incidents involving other members is duly noted, it doesn't alter the assessment of your own performance.

The incidents you highlighted involving Loz, Dova, and Ridano were thoroughly investigated, and found that no actions needed be taken as they are found to have not violated any regulations. However, the focus of this decision is on your own actions and conduct within the 212th Attack Battalion.

Regarding the incident with 212th Attack Battalion Marshall Commander-7241 "Loz" and the TX-130 Hover Tank, I appreciate your input. However, this action was taken in a show of skill and prowess of the tank and it's driver, and was deemed okay by the battalion.

I understand that you hold various prestigious titles and have served in multiple roles within the battalion and beyond. However, it's crucial to recognize that decisions are made based on recent performance and adherence to standards rather than past achievements.

I am open to further discussion and clarification. If you have any additional information or points you would like to present, please feel free to share them. Your dedication and service to the 212th Attack Battalion are valued, and we aim to ensure fairness and transparency in all evaluations.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Best regards,

Loz
