Description of Bug: When using the conquest tool, the radius of the capture zone doesn't disappear when you switch to a different tool, job or die

How to replicate:
Use the conquest tool then try and put it away

One way I go around it is simply put the radius smallest possible and it pretty much gets rid of the problem.
