Backstory:
As Clone Trooper Alpha-31, also known as Chihiro, progressed through his training, his exceptional skills and leadership qualities earned him recognition and promotion within the ranks. After excelling in various missions during the early stages of the Clone Wars, Chihiro was chosen to undergo advanced training as an Alpha-class Advanced Recon Commando (ARC) trooper.
Undergoing the rigorous Alpha ARC training program, Chihiro honed his already formidable combat skills to an elite level. His abilities in strategic thinking, adaptability, and marksmanship set him apart even among the ARC troopers. Recognising his potential, the Republic assigned Chihiro as the leader of Green Company, an elite unit within the Grand Army of the Republic.
As the commander of Green Company, Chihiro led his unit through numerous high-stakes missions, demonstrating exceptional tactical prowess and earning the respect of both his superiors and fellow clone troopers. Why do you wish to be fleet: I like being OD in events, and I don't get to do it that much as WP CO. Also heard from Jack and Toe that some people in Fleet don't wanna OD events too much so can just take OD from them
