Allow GM to use kama on GM model

Suggestion: Allow all of GM to use the kama on the GM model
Reason: It looks stupid without it and is lore accurate. All GM troopers wore kamas in the clone wars, it's literally attached to their suits. Just type Galactic marines on google and you won't find a single image without it.
